Reliable personal transportation. Public transit does not qualify for these positions.
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen. Passing criteria vary by employer.
Openness to overtime and to day or night shifts depending on the employer.

(SWD), a Missouri nonprofit corporation: (1) PARTICIPATION: I will attend all scheduled classes, arrive on time, complete assignments and assessments, keep SWD staff informed about my progress, and treat staff, instructors, partners and classmates with respect. Participation is voluntary. (2) SAFETY: I will follow all safety rules, wear required protective equipment, and follow instructions from SWD staff and partner employers. I understand hands-on and construction training carries risks. (3) RELEASE: I voluntarily assume the risks of participating and release SWD, its staff, board, instructors and partner companies from claims for injury, illness or property loss arising from my participation, except claims caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct. (4) MEDICAL TREATMENT: If I am injured or become ill during a program activity, I authorize SWD to seek emergency medical treatment for me, and I am responsible for my own medical costs. (5) INSURANCE: I understand SWD and its partners do not provide me with medical, disability or accident insurance. (6) CONDUCT: SWD may remove me from the program for unsafe behavior, repeated absences, or breaking program rules. (7) This agreement is governed by Missouri law.
