Eligibility: Be receivers of TANF, EBT / SNAP government benefits

Participant requirements:  
Missouri or Kansas Residents
Must provide: Valid Driver's License, Birth certificate, SSN, GED /Highschool certificate 

Program: 180 hours combining classroom instruction with practical driving training. These six weeks program covers introductory courses in restrictive driving, on-road training and final preparations culminating in a comprehensive final exam.

This program is Free for those who fulfill the criteria above:
